There is one bedroom and bath on the main living floor and a staircase leads down to two generous sized bedrooms and baths. The many resort amenities offer year round activities for all ages: large saltwater, heated oceanfront pool, outdoor spa, oceanside gazebo, fitness center, heated indoor pool, kiddie spray playground, indoor spa, arcade games. Parking space and storage units are located under the building and an elevator makes this 3rd floor unit very accessible. The HOA fee covers most expenses: water, sewer, cable, internet, maintenance of decks, roof, siding, windows. The owner pays electric, taxes and insurance for contents/personal property. This is a lovely, well designed and built, all season resort community.
