Don’t judge a book by its cover – this is not a “typical” beach home you may expect to find in the First Flight Ridge in Kitty Hawk. In the evening, you can gather around the fire pit to toast some marshmallows and watch the stars. After a day full of fun, it is time to go upstairs to the master suite that is one of a kind. Modern beach house design with open ceilings, walk-through closet and a bathroom that is just stunning. Stand-alone bathtub, beautiful his and hers sinks, a separate walk-in tiled shower and picture windows will make you feel like you are in a spa. The downstairs of this home has even more surprises and can be completely separated. It doesn’t feel like a lower level because of the 10 foot ceilings. There you will find the second living space, large kitchenette, 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom. Think of the possibilities – a mother in law suite or a separate rental space are great options. You don’t have to worry about high electric bills because solar panels power the hot water heater. There is also a full house water filtration system and sprinkler system to keep your yard looking great.
