This ideal condo home is located in the Pirate's Cove community, a soundfront neighborhood with it's own marina, TWO pools, fitness center, tennis, playground and more. PLUS two restaurants on site! It's a popular spot for boaters b/c it's so close to world class fishing and Oregon Inlet access. It's location between Nags Head and the town of Manteo give so many close options for dining, shopping, beach access and sound access. Do you like fresh Outer Banks seafood? Well walk on down to one of the TWO restaurants IN the community, both located along the marina that houses some of the most impressive fishing vessels on the East Coast. Or venture out of the community, just down the road to Basnight's Lone Cedar Restaurant, an Outer Banks landmark, where the catch is so fresh, they tell you the boat that brought it in that day! OR go catch your own dinner and bring it back to the condo kitchen. The current owners have claimed a boat slip assignment that is transferrable to new owners!
