Deep canal end property, partially bulk-headed and ready for a new owner. Canal usually has about 4 feet of water but obviously fluctuates with which way the wind is blowing. Roof replaced within last couple of years, and house had fresh paint as well. There is a sidewalk for an easy walk to the beach, but situated on the west side of the crown of the hill at Hillcrest, the wind is blocked for those perfect sunsets and most important, easier maintenance than oceanside. A wonderful screened porch to sit on and listen to the wildlife, and a couple of outside decks to relax. Minimal steps make this home comfortable to get in and out of as well.
