Multiple ceiling fans create coolness for summer, and the propane fireplace warmth for winter. This main living area along with the hallway and one bedroom (currently serving as an office) have bamboo flooring. The remaining bedrooms are carpeted. As part of the kitchen remodel in 2012, Italian slate floors were added along with silestone quartz countertops, new Thomasville kitchen cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
