Home Buyers' Advice

Whether you are skilled and savvy or a first time buyer, there are many benefits to having a “Buyer’s Agent”  when you are purchasing a home or a lot.  Your BUYERS AGENT becomes your representative with certain obligations specific to you and your interests alone.

Once you sign a BUYER AGENCY Agreement, you will have a professional REALTOR that will be loyal to you, that will provide you with the material facts that could influence or affect your decisions, that will promote your best interests, that will follow your lawful instructions, and that will use their reasonable skill, care and diligence to represent you while you are actively searching and/or working through negotiating a contract.  They must keep all your information confidential and inform you of knowledge they have in regards to specific areas or homes that you have an interest in.

A buyers agent will help you in all aspects of the property buying process, whether you need a recommendation for financing, insurance or an attorney,  to help guide you to a rental home vs. a vacation home, and of course to negotiate the details of the offer itself once you find that perfect spot.  Once the offer is accepted your Buyers Agent then starts to schedule and monitor the finite details of the inspection process, possible re-negotiations based on the reports received, stay in contact with the several vendors needed to help close the deal, and guide you through a sometimes complicated process.

Did you know that working with a Buyers Agent costs you NOTHING!?  A Buyers Agent gets paid through the Multiple Listing Service by the seller at the compensation agreed upon when they listed the property for sale.  Should you be interested in a For Sale By Owner, your agent can make all contacts to get you into a home, negotiate their compensation with the seller, and handle the details to finalize the transaction on your behalf.

You need to have representation.  The seller is represented by the company that has a sign in the yard.  Let us show you what Blue Ribbon Customer Service is all about.
